1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ct44 website, registering an account, or participating in any game or sports betting activity offered on this platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using ct44 and close your account.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ct44. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without refund of any balances. ct44 uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identities and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Account Security

Account Closure

Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal timeline. ct44 reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ct44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are credited to your ct44 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment gateway. ct44 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit. ct44 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review before processing. ct44 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests submitted in excess of ৳20,000 per transaction may be subject to extended KYC review at ct44's discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Unauthorised use of ct44 materials may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct44 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if ct44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ct44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond ct44's reasonable control. ct44 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from such interruptions.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ct44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of ct44 following notification of any change constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
